The BUFF-TUFF Mouthguard Laminate is a revolutionary new product! This material has been carefully manufactured with a patent pending Cross-Graining technique for a truly tough and consistent material. Cross-Graining offers extra strength and an overall uniform thickness of finished mouthguard. Injection molded mouthguards cannot be cross grained.

Upon opening a box of Buff-Tuff Mouthguard Laminate, you will notice each sheet has perfect consistency. BUFF-TUFF Mouthguard Laminate offers a square size of 5" x 5", as well as a disc size of 4 3/4".  This provides a perfect fit to ANY MACHINE, new or old. The “Die Cut” edges provides the user with the satisfaction that each and every piece has been prepared according to strict specifications

We recommend the model be sprayed with BDM Sta-Lube prior to vacuum forming. This allows for a very easy removal process of the material from the model.

As it heats, the BUFF-TUFF Material emits absolutely no smoke, offensive smells or toxic fumes. The material will become CLEAR, indicating it is time to begin the vacuum forming process. Once the material has cooled – it is time to remove from the model and begin trimming. You will notice the BUFF-TUFF Mouthguard Laminate retains a uniform thickness throughout the heating process, even at high points of the model or severe undercuts.

With final touches such as trimming (with our ThermaKnife) and finishing the edges (with our Soft Grind wheels, Pre-Polishers and Alcohol torch) ,you will ensure a PERFECT APPLIANCE each and every time.
